Correction to a notification according to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG
On March 30, 2015 Kabel Deutschland Holding AG received a correction to the
notification dated November 4, 2014, published on November 7, 2014 in the
name and on behalf of the below named entity with the following content:

Standard Life Investments Limited, Edingburgh, United Kingdom, has informed
us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 14, 2013 its voting
rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG exeeded the threshold of 3% and on
that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2,668,411 voting rights).
3.01% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,668,411 voting rights)
are attributable to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG. 1.36% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,207,892 voting
rights) are also attributable to the company according to sec. 22 para.1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

Standard Life Investments Limited, Edingburgh, United Kingdom, has informed
us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on June 18, 2013 its voting
rights in Kabel Deutschland Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
on that day amounted to 2.75% (this corresponds to 2,436,859 voting
rights).
2.75% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,436,859 voting rights)
are attributable to the company pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG. 1.24% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,101,571 voting
rights) are also attributable to the company according to sec. 22 para.1
sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
