The voting rights of J.M. Voith GmbH & Co. Beteiligungen KG in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, ZugspitzstraÃe 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold of 25% on March 30, 2015 and on that day amount to 25.10%
(8,962,788 voting rights).
2. On April 1, 2015, J.M. Voith Verwaltungs GmbH, Heidenheim an der Brenz,
Germany, informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of J.M. Voith Verwaltungs GmbH, Germany, in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, ZugspitzstraÃe 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold of 25% on March 30, 2015 and on that day amount to 25.10%
(8,962,788 voting rights).
These voting rights are attributed to J.M. Voith Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following,
controlled company: J.M. Voith GmbH & Co. Beteiligungen KG.
3. On April 1, 2015, Voith GmbH, Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany, informed
us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of Voith GmbH, Germany, in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 25% on March
30, 2015 and on that day amount to 25.10% (8,962,788 voting rights).
These voting rights are attributed to Voith GmbH pursuant to Sec. 22 para.
1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following, controlled
companies: J.M. Voith GmbH & Co. Beteiligungen KG and J.M. Voith
Verwaltungs GmbH.
4. On April 1, 2015, JMV GmbH & Co. KG, Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany,
informed us in accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') as follows:
The voting rights of JMV GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold of 25% on March 30, 2015 and on that day amount to 25.10%
(8,962,788 voting rights).
These voting rights are attributed to JMV GmbH & Co. KG pursuant to Sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following, controlled

Aktiengesellschaft, ZugspitzstraÃe 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the
threshold of 25% on March 30, 2015 and on that day amount to 25.10%
