Prior to his appointment at Infofree.com, Porter worked for companies like IBM, SunGard, and Unisys. His experience in previous positions includes IT sales and financial business solutions designed to drive revenue, cut costs, and better help users serve their clients.

Porter earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. While there, he was a letterman on the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. Porter earned his Master of Business Administration -- with honors -- from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
