Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between March 30 and April 2, 2015 repurchased 6,600 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 46.38. This represents 0.01% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 73,499,555.
