The Certified Adviser status of Grant Thornton Rimess OÜ ended on April 6, 2015. Grant Thornton Rimess OÜ provided advisory services on MTF First North in Estonia.

There are 12 Certified Advisers acting on First North in the Baltic countries now. One of them provides the service in Estonia and Latvia (Law Firm VARUL), one in all three countries (AS LHV Pank), four in Estonia (Cresco Väärtpaberite AS, Law Firm LAWIN, Law Firm SORAINEN and AS Redgate Capital), five in Latvia (Ardente, Baker Tilly Baltics, Eventus Corporate Finance, Prudentia and Superia) and one in Lithuania (Verslo konsultacijų centras).

The companies admitted to trading on First North are given the same possibilities as companies listed on a regulated market, but the regulations are lighter.
