AS Tallinna Vesi has renewed its SWAP agreements in the

On 6^th of April 2015, the Company renewed its interest rate SWAP contracts. New SWAP contracts, with a total notional amount of 45 million euros, will become effective on 1^st of June 2015. With this, the Company fixed the 6-month EURIBOR on average 2.9% lower level than was set for the ending agreements.

AS Tallinna Vesi total loan portfolio reaches up to 95 million euros. Approximately 80% of the loans with floating interest rate risks are hedged with interest rate SWAP agreements.
