Announcement of the opening of the subscription to the shares of a new issue
JSC „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA” announces about opening of the subscription to the shares of a new issue in accordance with terms and conditions for increase of equity capital adopted by Extraordinary Shareholder’s Meeting of 3 March 2015.
Shareholders of JSC „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA” can use the pre-emptive right to acquire the shares (registered shares which are not put into public circulation and are not be included on the regulated market) of new issue of JSC „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA” within 1 (one) month from the date of this publication – until 8 May 2015.
Nominal value of one share is set EUR 1.40.
Subscription of shares will take place at legal address of JSC „RĪGAS FARMACEITISKĀ FABRIKA”: Duntes Street 16/22, Riga, every working day from 9:00 to 12:00.
