Changes in dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2015

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (“Company”) informs that there are
changes in dates of publication of the following periodic reports in 2015:

 1. 1-st quarter 2015 consolidated quarterly report, which has been scheduled on
15.05.2015 in the current report No. 1/2015 - will be published on 13.05.2015,
 2. 1-st half 2015 consolidated semi-annual report, which has been scheduled on
31.08.2015 in the current report No. 1/2015 - will be published on 28.08.2015,
 3. 3-rd quarter 2015 consolidated quarterly report, which has been scheduled on
16.11.2015 in the current report No. 1/2015 - will be published on 13.11.2015.
