1. The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los Angeles, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on
zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 10 % threshold of the Voting
Rights on March 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 12.68 % (this
corresponds to 885,494 Voting Rights).

Of these Voting Rights, 12.68 % (this corresponds to 885,494 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. in accordance
with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG in connection with Article
22 Section 1 Sentence 2 and Sentence 3 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders, whose share of Voting Rights
in zooplus AG, in each case, is 3% or more, are attributed to The Capital
Group Companies, Inc.: SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc.

2. Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles, USA, has informed
us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on
zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 10 % threshold of the Voting
Rights on March 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 12.68 % (this
corresponds to 885,494 Voting Rights).

Of these Voting Rights, 12.68 % (this corresponds to 885,494 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to Capital Research and Management Company in
accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders, whose share of Voting Rights
in zooplus AG, in each case, is 3% or more, are attributed to Capital
Research and Management Company: SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc.

3. SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc., Los Angeles, USA, has informed us according
to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on zooplus AG,
Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 5 % threshold of the Voting Rights on
March 27, 2015 and on that day amounted to 7.56 % (this corresponds to
527,778 Voting Rights).
