JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra informs that in March 2015 were concluded two loan contracts with JSC Danske Bank, which are required to purchase precious metals for increasing the company’s production capacity. The total amount of the loans is EUR 1 203 026.21 EUR and the commercial pledge will be provided with the purchased precious metals.
JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra plans to extinguish the loans within 6 year period.
