Mitel Files Amendment to Registration Statement


OTTAWA, April 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mitel® (Nasdaq:MITL) (TSX:MNW), a global leader in business communications, today announced that it has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission an amendment to its registration statement in connection with its pending acquisition of Mavenir Systems, Inc., so that the calculation of Cash Consideration and Share Consideration (each as defined in the registration statement) will be based on the average of the volume weighted average price of a Mitel common share on the Nasdaq Global Market on each of the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on and including the second trading day prior to the expiration date of the offer to exchange. Mitel will announce the Cash Consideration and the Share Consideration by issuing a press release no later than 9:00 a.m., New York City time, on the trading day prior to the expiration date of the Offer.
