Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of April 10, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 1,461,120 shares with a transaction value of DKK 462.1 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
