Ramirent Plc (Business ID 0977135-4) has today on 14 April 2015 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Nordea Funds Oy (Business ID: 1737785-9) according to which their holding of shares and votes in Ramirent Plc has exceeded 5%.
After share transactions concluded on 13 April 2015, the holding of Nordea Funds Ltd increased to 5,463,337 shares, representing 5.03% of the shares and voting rights of Ramirent Plc.
Ramirent Plc has one class of shares and each share entitles to one vote. The total number of shares is 108,697,328 .
