Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-04-14 15:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory Board of AB Lietuvos Dujos (identification code 120059523, registered address: Aguonų str. 24, LT-03212 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania) decided to approve the Annual Report of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2014, the Annual Financial Statements of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2014 audited by the audit company „Ernst & Young Baltic”, UAB, the draft of the profit appropriation of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the year 2014, and decided to submit this review to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Lietuvos Dujos to be held on 27th April 2015.
