GHENT, Belgium, April 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ablynx [Euronext Brussels: ABLX] today announced, in accordance with Article 14 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the publication of major shareholdings in issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market (the "Transparency Law"), that it received a notification of shareholding from FMR LLC.
The above shareholder notified that it has exceeded the 3% threshold and now holds 1,634,079 Ablynx shares, which represent 3.01% of the current 54,304,407 outstanding shares of Ablynx.
