Oriflame Cosmetics’ Annual Report 2014 and Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting

The annual report for 2014 is now available at Oriflame’s website,
www.oriflame.com and as an attached document.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Oriflame Cosmetics S.A. (the "Company")
will be held at the offices of the Company at 24 Avenue Emile Reuter, L-2420
Luxembourg on 19 May 2015 at 11 a.m. CET. An Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company will be held at the same place immediately after the closing of the
AGM.
