With the following Nasdaq Riga informs that on April 16, 2015 it has received the amended announcement from AS „Nordeka” shareholder and the final takeover bid announcer Juris Savickis on the final takeover bid results.
Juris Savickis informs that he in the result of final takeover bid will own 1 906 588 AS „Nordeka” ordinary shares.
Additionally Juris Savickis in the amended announcement is informing that between the submission of the final takeover bid documents to the FCMC and the start of the final takeover bid, he has acquired additional 650 shares.
