THE SHARES SUBSCRIBED IN ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT’S DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER AND ARE TO BE TAKEN FOR TRADING ON THE HELSINKI STOCK EXCHANGE
Orava Residential REIT plc has registered for entry in the Trade Register 244,193 shares that the company allocated to Osuusasunnot Oy in a directed issue in relation to a property purchase on 31 March 2015. Following the issue, the total number of Orava Residential REIT shares registered in the Trade Register is 6,754,238.
Of the total amount of shares that were allocated to Osuusasunnot Oy, 115,732 shares have the ISIN code FI4000068614 (trading code OREIT), and 128,461 shares have the ISIN code FI4000148036 (trading code OREITN0115). Shares with the trading code OREITN0115 do not entitle holders to dividends paid during the year 2015, but do entitle holders to dividends paid during the year 2016 and any dividends thereafter.
The company has filed a listing application concerning the aforementioned 244,193 shares with the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The shares are estimated to be subject to trading on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange on 21 April 2015.
After the listing, the total number of Orava Residential REIT shares listed on the main list of the Helsinki Stock Exchange will be 6,754,238 shares.
