This is to announce, pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, that FMR LLC has informed Spar Nord that FMR LLC and its direct and indirect subsidiaries has reduced its holding of shares in Spar Nord Bank A/S to 6,274,450 shares, equivalent to 4.99% of the share capital.
