Dubeņi, Latvia, 2015-04-20 11:52 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC "Grobiņa" management already 04/01/2015 informed that the JSC Citadele banka" accepted liability restructuring project, which aim is to restore the long-term loans in the repayment schedule, the JSC "Grobiņa" until 31.03.2015. has fulfilled almost all included conditions, including that JSC “Grobiņa” already repaid to JSC "Citadele banka" 800 000 EUR, which consisted of accrued interest and part of the loan principal, and that JSC “Grobiņa” submitted to JSC "Citadele banka" business documents of JSC "Grobiņa" unsecured creditors debt reduction by € 2 343 925.40 and at 02/09/2015 put into operation fur feed plant in Liepaja, Brīvības street 119A. And also, regarding to the long-term additional financial resources of at least EUR 500 000, JSC "Grobiņa" management till the 31.03.2015. had concluded an Investment Intent on long-term allocation of financial resources in amount € 1,000,000.
As already JSC "Grobiņa" management previously informed, that the JSC "Citadele banka" has confirmed that the execution of the remaining provisions contained in the restructuring project for an additional long-term financial resources, JSC "Citadele banka" is ready to conclude an agreement on the repayment of long-term loans. Since up to 20.04.2015. there was not completed work on harmonizing of the rules for long-term treasury loan agreement, JSC "Citadele banka" at 04/20/2015. announced the JSC "Grobiņa" real estate auction postponed to 2015 , July 6 , so JSC “Grobiņa” in the near future be able to complete work on harmonizing of the rules for long-term treasury loan agreement. JSC "Grobiņa" in collaboration with JSC "Citadele banka" and investor, have expressed confidence that the long-term funding of the loan harmonization of the rules in the coming weeks will be completed, as a result of both, planned to sign an agreement with JSC "Citadele banka" on the loan repayment term and receive long-term funds of EUR 1 000 000, thus successfully complete this year coherent JSC "Citadele banka" commitment restructuring project.
