Transactions under Novozymes’ stock buyback program

As of April 17, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 1,681,620 shares with a transaction value of DKK 536.7 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes announced in Company announcement No. 6, 2015 and initiated February 2, 2015.
