DRUMMONDVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 21, 2015) - NAPEC Inc. ("NAPEC" or the "Corporation") (TSX:NPC) today announced that its subsidiaries have been awarded several contracts with a total value of almost $90.0 million.
First, U.S.-based subsidiary Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. ("RDC") has been awarded contracts worth an aggregate value of approximately US $67.0 million (Cdn $82.4 million). These agreements include:
Second, Quebec-based subsidiary Thirau ltée ("Thirau") has been awarded a two-year contract by an important telecommunications company to install poles and anchors. The agreement represents a total value of $7.0 million over two years and also includes a one-year renewal option exercisable at the client's discretion. Work begins in April 2015.
