3. Reason for notification

Assetman Ltd., a company under Juha Mikkonen´s control, sold 2.500.000 shares of the Company to Juha Mikkonen.

Due to this sale:

The direct ownership to shares and votes held by Juha Mikkonen, has increased above 5 percent (1/20) of all shares and votes in SSH Communications Security Corporation, being 2.500.000 shares (8.08%).

The ownership to shares and votes held by Assetman Ltd., has decreased below 5 percent (1/20) of all shares and votes in SSH Communications Security Corporation being, 650.000 shares (2.10%).
