NASDAQ WELCOMES WYA HOLDING AB TO NASDAQ FIRST NORTH


Stockholm, April 22, 2015 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in WYA Holding AB’s shares (short name: WYA B) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. WYA belongs to the Consumer Goods sector and is the 26th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2015.

WYA Holding AB was founded in 2013 with the goal of using the platform WHOYOUARE in order to link prominent designers and creative professionals with stylists, creative directors and end-consumers. The core business consists of online-based sales of clothing and accessories available on the e-commerce site Shop@WHOYOUARE.
