Today Tribona releases its financial results for January-March 2015.

HIGHLIGHTS JANUARY-MARCH 2015

»    Rental income of SEK 99.2m (107,3)

»    Net rental income of SEK 76.8m (90.1)

»    Cash flow from operations of SEK 34.2m (24.6)

»    Unrealised change in fair value properties of SEK -2.9m (-145.9)

»    Unrealised fair value interest derivatives of SEK -29.8m (-68.9)

»    Earnings per share of SEK 0.0 (-3.9)

»    Acquired and accessed a logistics property at Ättekulla in Helsingborg with a property value of SEK 22m

»    Extended lease agreement with Netto in Linköping regarding 15 944 sq.m. with three years to 31 December 2019.

»    Refinanced 85 % of the loan portfolio ahead of schedule

 

HIGHLIGHTS AFTER END OF PERIOD

»    Tribona has signed a new ten year lease agreement regarding 5 095 sq.m. in the property Mätaren 6 in Umeå

»    Agreed to acquire seven logistics properties in Malmö with a property value of approximately SEK 257m and a total lettable area of approximately 20 000 sq.m.

 

CEO Per Johansson says in a comment:
As a result of our refinancing of 85% of the loan portfolio ahead of time in January, we have strengthen our financial position. Our low loan to value of 57% together with a lower average margin has improved our net financial items significantly. We have also received a much more even maturity of debt
