At a shareholders’ committee meeting held on 22 April 2015, the shareholders’ committee elected the manager of Vestjysk Landboforening, Jens Møller Nielsen, Ringkøbing, as a new member of the bank’s board of directors.
Furthermore the manager of RAH (Ringkøbing Amts Højspændingsforsyning) Jacob Møller, Ringkøbing, was elected as new chairman of the shareholders’ committee, and senior master Else Kirkegaard Hansen, Ringkøbing, was re-elected as deputy chairman of the shareholders’ committee.
