Matt Kraft will oversee Professional Community Management, one of Associa's largest branch offices on the west coast.
Mike Packard transitions from his west coast role to lead the teams overseas in Dubai and South Africa.
Matt Steele will now cover branches in Hawaii, California and Washington while continuing to lead the Associa offices in Texas and Arizona.
Chris Harrison expands his portfolio beyond the southeast as he is now in charge of Associa branches in the Central Texas Austin area, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina and New Mexico in addition to his Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and Mexico branches.
Craig Koss continues to lead the teams in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Delaware, Kentucky and New York while taking on new responsibilities in Colorado, Wyoming and north of the border in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.
