EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

The Company announces on 23 April 2014 that the EnQuest Annual Report & Accounts
2014 and the Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting have been published. These
documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com),
found under the Investors section. This follows the release on 19 March 2015 of
the Company's Final Year-End Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December
2014.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 23 April 2015 the Company
submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies

Notice of EnQuest Annual General Meeting 2015
Form of Proxy
