NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC: NEO INDUSTRIAL PLC PAID CONSULTANCY INVOICE BY ITS OWN B SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY
Neo Industrial Plc and Value Group has agreed in 2014, that consulting tasks performed in year 2014 by Value Group in relation to financing of Neo Industrial Plc will be paid by B shares held by the company. The number of B shares handed over on 23.4.2015 was 20,000 pcs. Neo Industrial is holding 71,727 own B shares after this transfer.
