PA Resources AB board of directors has resolved to postpone the publishing of
its 2014 annual report (scheduled for 30 April) and its annual general meeting
(scheduled for 29 May) until a later date pending the completion of a short-term
financing agreement. New dates for the publishing of the annual report and the
AGM will be announced in due course.
