On April 22, 2015, Mr Philip Hueck, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)that due
to the acquisition/disposal of shares to which voting rights are attached
his share in the voting rights on HELLA KGaA Hueck & Co., Lippstadt,
Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and
50% on January 01, 2015 and on that day amounted to 60.00% (this
corresponds to 66666669 Voting Rights).
59.96% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 66616669 voting rights)
are attributed to Mr Hueck in accordance with Article 22, Section 2, WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act).
 
From the holdings of the following shareholders, voting rights in the
amount of 3% or more are being attributed to Mr. Hueck:
