Sales launch of the ProReal Deutschland Fonds 4
24.04.2015 - One Group, a subsidiary of ISARIA Wohnbau AG and one of the
leading providers for project development funds, launched the ProReal
Deutschland Fonds 4, the first investment fund to be regulated under the
German Capital Investment Code (KAGB). The issue volume amounts to EUR 75
million. The ProReal Deutschland Fonds 4 is intended for private investors.
The management of ISARIA Wohnbau AG is also planning to create a similar
product for institutional investors.

construction projects in Munich. Since 2014, the company also develops
