Revised financial calendar 2015 – changed date for Q1 2015 release
Auriga changes the release date for announcing the interim report for Q1 2015 to Thursday, April 30, 2015, around 8.00 CET (8 am Danish time) upon approval by the Board of Directors.
It appears from the company announcement no. 1/2015 of February 12, 2015, that the release of the Q1 2015 report originally was planned for May 8, 2015, which is now canceled.
The revised financial calendar for 2015 is now:
February 20, 2015: Annual Report for 2014
March 18, 2015: Deadline for agenda items for the AGM 2015
April 30, 2015: Interim report, 1st quarter 2015
April 30, 2015: Annual General Meeting 2015
August 18, 2015: Interim report, 2nd quarter 2015
November 11, 2015: Interim report, 3rd quarter 2015
