On April 22, 2015, Paradox Entertainment AB (the “Company”) published a press release with information that the Company has entered into a business transfer agreement regarding Paradox Entertainment Inc. and Cabinet Holdings Inc., conditional upon support of shareholders representing at least nine-tenths of both the votes cast and shares held by shareholders attending the annual general meeting on May 22, 2015.
The current rules of First North state that a listed company can be given observation status if the company has been subject of a reverse takeover or otherwise plans to make or has been subject to an extensive change in its business or organization so that the company upon an overall assessment appears to be an entirely new company.
With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Paradox Entertainment AB (PDXE, ISIN code SE0000598054, order book ID 61069) will be given observation status.
