D. Carnegie & Co divests Geneta Centrum in Södertälje


D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ) – listed on Nasdaq First North Premier – has divested
Geneta Centrum in Södertälje and the two properties Ängsgröen 1 and Ängsgröen 3
in the Municipality of Södertälje, by way of a company transaction for an agreed
property value of SEK 36 million.
-       D. Carnegie & Co is focused on owning residential properties, mainly in
the Stockholm region. Therefore, it is natural to dispose of properties that are
not part of our core business, says Ulf Nilsson, CEO.

The purchaser of the properties is Geneta Fastigheter AB and closing will take
place on 1 June 2015.
