Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2015-04-27 16:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- “Lietuvos energijos gamyba”, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrinės str. 21, Elektrėnai) (the Company), informs that, in accordance with the decision of the Board of the Company, on 27 April, 2015 the Company has signed an agreement to sell shares owned by the Company of NT Valdos, UAB (company code 300634954) to its parent company “Lietuvos energija”, UAB (company code 301844044).
Under this agreement the Company sold to “Lietuvos energija”, UAB 1,232,897 (one million, two hundred and thirty two thousand, eight hundred and ninety-seven) ordinary registered shares, which is 41.73 % of authorised capital of NT Valdos, UAB.
NT valdos, UAB shares sold in accordance with valuation of the independent advisors for 29,987, 000 EUR.
The Company now holds 23.44% of shares of UAB “Geoterma”, 20% of shares of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras and 15% of shares of UAB Verslo aptarnavimo centras.
