Autobytel Appoints William Ferriolo as Executive Vice President of Consumer Acquisitions


IRVINE, Calif., April 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Autobytel Inc. (Nasdaq:ABTL), a leading provider of online automotive services connecting consumers with dealers, has promoted William Ferriolo to the new position of executive vice president, consumer acquisitions.

Ferriolo joined Autobytel in September 2010 as Vice President, Cyber Ventures Division after the company's acquisition of Cyber Ventures, Inc. and Autotropolis, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Cyber"). Ferriolo was later promoted to Senior Vice President, Consumer Acquisitions in December 2011. Prior to joining Autobytel, Ferriolo served as President and Co-Founder of Cyber, where he was responsible for search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), dealer accounts and sales.

In connection with Ferriolo's promotion, the company and Ferriolo have agreed to extend his employment with the company until at least March 31, 2018.
