Notifications of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG

We received the following notifications of voting rights pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG on April 27, 2015:


I. Notification of voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG from
Norges Bank:

Issuer: BASF SE, Carl-Bosch-Straße 38, 67056 Ludwigshafen, Germany

On April 24, 2015, the percentage holding of the voting rights of the
Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, in BASF SE (ISIN
DE000BASF111) fell below the threshold of 3 % through disposal and amounts
directly to 2.95 % (27,136,667 voting rights) on that day.


II. Notification of voting rights pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG from the
State of Norway:

Issuer: BASF SE, Carl-Bosch-Straße 38, 67056 Ludwigshafen, Germany

On April 24, 2015, the percentage holding of the voting rights of the State
of Norway, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway, in BASF SE
(ISIN DE000BASF111) fell below the threshold of 3 % through disposal and
amounts indirectly to 2.95 % (27,136,667 voting rights) on that day. These
voting rights (27,136,667 voting rights) are attributed to the State of
Norway pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
