The Annual General Meeting (AGM) held April 28, 2015 approved upon a stock split whereby every one (1) share held will be replaced by five (5) new shares (5:1). The scheduled ex-date is May 5, 2015.
NASDAQ OMX Global Index Group will therefor act and adjust RBREW in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector Indexes” version 2.2, section 5.5.
