Implementing approved company’s strategic business plan for the years 2015-2018, on the 28th April 2015 Board of PC “Lithuanian shipping company” (LSC) has approved an agreement to sell the company’s motor vessel “Audre”. The delivery of the vessel to the buyers is planned to take place by the middle of May 2015. The conditions of the sale are confidential. This transaction will not have any material effect on LSC financial results. Funds received from the sale will be used for working capital and repayment of the loan.
