American International Industries, Inc., Chairman Daniel Dror and Mr. & Mrs. Scott Wolinsky Sign Settlement Agreement


HOUSTON and KEMAH, Texas, April 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American International Industries, Inc. (OTCQB:AMIN) ("American" or the "Company") today announced the signing of a settlement agreement to resolve a dispute between the Company, Daniel Dror and Mr. & Mrs. Wolinsky, whereby the Wolinsky's received $131,081 plus an additional $3,500 in interest as payment in full of the principal balance of a $200,000 secured promissory note. The Wolinsky's returned 17,940 shares of the Company's common stock as part of the settlement agreement. The parties resolved all their differences amicably and further the parties resolved all claims by and between them.
