Shareholder proposals at the AGM 2015 – Suspension of trading
Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 10.30 Danish time, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Auriga Industries A/S will be held, cf. the notice convening the AGM in company announcement no. 4 of April 8, 2015.
As it appears from the notice convening the AGM, the agenda item 9 includes three shareholder proposals, which each might result in significant financial costs for the company, if adopted at the AGM.
Auriga will release a company announcement as soon as the AGM has closed, giving more information about the proceedings of the AGM, including the potential adoption of the proposals made by shareholders under the agenda item 9 and, if this is the case, the consequences hereof.
On this background, Auriga has asked NASDAQ Copenhagen to arrange for a suspension of trading in the Auriga securities from 10.30 Danish time today and until release of such a company announcement later today.
