Change in number of shares and voting rights in Eniro


In accordance with previously disclosed information, Eniro has completed a
rights issue of 305 642 220 ordinary shares, thereby increasing the total number
of shares and votes by 305,642,220 shares and voting rights.

As of April 30, 2015, the total number of shares in Eniro is 408,522,960, of
which 407,522,960 shares represent ordinary shares and 1,000,000 represent
preference shares. As of the same date, the total number of voting rights in
Eniro amount to 407,622,960, of which the ordinary shares represent 407,522,960
voting rights and the preference shares 100,000 voting rights.
