Stockmann plc ("Stockmann") has published a prospectus relating to the Loyal Customer share options 2012. A total of 2 500 000 new Stockmann's Series B shares can be subscribed with the Loyal Customer share options. The subscription time will begin on 2 May 2015 and will end on 31 May 2015. The option programme will end on 31 May 2015, wherafter the unused share options will lapse.

The Finnish language prospectus approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority is available as of 30 April 2015 at the subscription place and on the Stockmann Group's website
