Nordic American Tankers Limited (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has scheduled the Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), to be held on June 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., local time, in Hamilton, Bermuda. The Board has set a record date of April 23, 2015 for the determination of the Company's shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
