Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-04-30 14:17 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Council of Supervisors of GRIGISKES AB (hereinafter - the Company), elected in the Grand Meeting of Shareholders on April 30, 2015, had its first meeting on the same day. In the first meeting of the Company’s Council of Supervisors the following decisions were made:
- Mr. Norimantas Stankevičius was appointed as the Chairman of the Council of Supervisors of GRIGISKES AB;
- Mr. Gintautas Pangonis, Mrs. Nina Šilerienė, Mr. Vigmantas Kažukauskas, Mr. Vytautas Juška and Mr. Normantas Paliokas were elected to the Board of the Company for a 4-year term.
Elected members held the first meeting of the Board on April 30, 2015, in which Mr. Gintautas Pangonis was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Company.
