IVISYS hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting as scheduled by the company, which has been communicated in the company description (published on IVISYS’ website 30 March 2015), is cancelled. The Annual General Meeting was scheduled to be held 31 May 2015, but is cancelled due to the fact that IVISYS was established on 16 December 2014; hence, the company has not prepared annual accounts for the financial year 2014. Next year, IVISYS intends to establish the annual accounts for the financial year 2015 with an addition of the accounts regarding the period 16 December 2014 – 31 December 2014.
