Deutsche Office: Sale of the Westend-Ensemble in Frankfurt completed as of
April 30, 2015
Cologne, Frankfurt May 4, 2015. DO Deutsche Office AG ("Deutsche Office",
symbol: PMOX, ISIN: DE000PRME020) completed the sale of the
Westend-Ensemble in Frankfurt which was notarized end of January 2015 by
receiving the purchase price in the amount of EUR 78.5 million ahead of
schedule. After April 30, 2015, the benefits and obligations were
transferred to the buyer. There are no additional obligations for Deutsche
Office stemming from the development project.
