On May 4, 2015, Oscar Properties AB issued a press release with information that the board of directors had utilized the authorization to issue new preference shares and that the new preference shares will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on May 15, 2015 and that the last day of trading in the old preference shares will be May 7, 2015.
As a consequence, Oscar Properties AB has requested a delisting of the company’s old preference shares.
NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has approved the application and decided to delist the old preference shares of Oscar Properties AB.
