On April 30, 2015, Mr Wilhelm Konrad Thomas Zours, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on MOLOGEN AG, Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 28, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 6.21% (this corresponds to 1406166 Voting Rights).
5.38% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1217670 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Zours in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in MOLOGEN AG amounts to 3 percent or more: DELPHI
Unternehmensberatung Aktiengesellschaft, VV Beteiligungen
Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Balaton Aktiengesellschaft.
